Creative Beings CIC is a Community Interest Company, (a social enterprise) so our profits are used to benefit the wider community. All courses and events are designed to promote wellbeing. Sometimes this might cover facilitating a safe space to speak freely. At other times it might be about encouraging people to 'have a go' at making marks on pieces of paper (some people call this drawing or painting!) See our courses & events for more info.

Our courses are designed to make a surplus that can then subsidise places for others who would not normally be able to attend. This financial support can cover travel expenses to attend sessions, specialist tutor fees and materials.

People often prefer that we run our outreach workshops at their venues. In 2024, we ran sessions in Awliscombe, Honiton, the National Trust's Ashclyst Forest and Poltimore House Gardens. These two-way learning experiences aim to blend creative expression with personal development, for all involved. For instance, we brought together a diverse team to lead several ‘Biocycles by the Grove’ workshops in an overgrown former formal garden. You can see more about this, and an overview of all our activities last year, within our short 2024 social impact report.
