Relax with the primal sounds & harmonics of Cass's magnificent Symphonic & Wind Gongs, allowing gentle processing, integration and assimilation as the sun heads towards its setting.

Produce a selection of fibre & cordage samples & learn about times to gather, process & store wild fibres (nettle, bramble, etc). Includes materials, lunches & refreshments. 

Collect up to 10 tree 'whips' (UK native species such as Oak, Rowan, Birch, Hazel, Crab Apple) for planting in private gardens or any land where you have permission, plus a planting guide.

4-part fun harmony course, inc. breathing techniques for Heg & Julu's gorgeous arrangements. End the day by a firepit (inside if wet). Inc 2 meals & refreshments. 

Learn a little about Food Forests and whether you might want to grow one (you can even create one in the corner of a garden).  Includes tour, discussion, lunch & refreshments.
